About — Manifesto

We document culture through fashion.

The Public Issue documents culture through fashion. Inspired by Atlanta and the conversations shaping the city, every Issue captures a moment in time and transforms it into wearable expression.

We are not a clothing brand. We are a digital fashion publication. Each release — what others would call a drop — we call an Issue. Each Issue tells a story. Each story belongs to a moment that already happened, or one happening right now in Atlanta: nightlife, sports, music, politics, news, the conversations that move at the speed of the city.

We believe that what you wear can speak before you do. Fashion is not decoration. Fashion is documentation. It is opinion stitched into fabric. It is a magazine you carry on your back.

Issues are released in limited runs. We do not restock. We move on. The next Issue is always coming.
